Nick has been easy to deal with from day 1. With the restrictions in place for Covid-19, it has meant more effort required for him to be able to travel and install the hoist. He followed the rules set by the States of Jersey and my site. Communicated with me so when the installation day arrived it went smoothly. He left the job tidy with no snags or damage to the room. Very efficient, polite and professional. The design stage with Hillrom was also good and straight forward when agreeing the details, this meant we was ready for the hoist to install with ease.
